<正>Mirizzi综合征是指因胆囊颈部或壶腹部持续嵌顿较大结石,导致肝总管狭窄或胆囊胆管瘘,以及反复发作的胆囊炎、胆管炎及梗阻性黄疸的临床综合征。Mirizzi综合征是胆囊结石少见并发症,尤其是内瘘型,发生率更低。我院近20年共发现3例,总结报道如下。1病例介绍
