Abstract
非甾体类抗炎药(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,NsAIDs)临床应用广泛,但常见消化道不良反应,尤其以消化道出血最常见[1].塞来昔布是一种新型NSAIDs,消化道出血的发生率较低,有文献报道其消化道出血风险甚至与安慰剂相当[2],而引起急性上消化道大出血的情况则更少.现报道1例90岁高龄患者服用塞来昔布后导致急性上消化道大出血的病例,并复习相关文献,以提醒临床医师在高龄老年人群中应用该药物时仍要注意消化道出血的风险.
