Abstract
骨转移是恶性肿瘤最常见的并发症之一,目前临床上其诊断、治疗均呈多样化.骨转移可表现为骨痛,高钙血症,病理性骨折,甚至出现脊髓压迫症,导致患者活动障碍并使其生活质量下降.近年来国内外研究表明,放疗对局限性骨转移的疼痛缓解效果较好.作者回顾性分析了56例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者放疗止痛治疗的临床特点,现报告如下.
