Abstract
中小学教师远程培训的实施关键在于提高培训的针对性和实效性,使培训惠及每一个教师。培训应针对各级各类地区教师特点,实现远程培训的境域化操作。通过近4年的实验研究,我们认为,县域范围内应构建"以校本培训为基础,远程教育为主要手段,教师培训机构为依托"的教师培训体系;学校范围内应搭建教师校本研修平台;偏远农村学校应构建"远程培训"与"送教上门"相结合的培训机制。
