芬太尼透皮贴剂(transdermal fentanyl,TDF)作为一种镇痛效果确切、使用方便且经济的镇痛方法在临床已应用多年,国外的研究表明其用于术后镇痛是安全有效的[1],但国内相关报道较少.对一些小手术的术后镇痛,TDF较传统的椎管内镇痛似更具优势.本文旨在探讨TDF(25μg/h)用于痔术后镇痛的有效性和安全性.
