Abstract
颈、胸部肿瘤,如甲状腺癌、肺癌、食管癌、颈淋巴结转移癌等,常需放射治疗,并且疗效显著.但治疗过程中时常会出现放射性食管损伤,这不仅给患者带来痛苦,而且还延长治疗时间,影响治疗效果.笔者自2000年5月至2007年12月采用中西医结合治疗急性放射性食管炎237例,疗效满意,总结报道如下.
