老年人小肠间质瘤19例的诊治

Abstract
小肠间质瘤(stromal tumor of small intestine,SIST)是消化道少见的间叶组织源性肿瘤~([1]).由于小肠解剖结构、位置及生理功能的特性,早期无特殊表现,当肿瘤较大或转移时才出现症状.因小肠的检查手段有限,早期诊断较困难,易延误诊治~([2,3]).我院自1999年6月至2007年6月共收治60岁以上小肠间质瘤患者19例,占同期住院SIST患者的44.2%.
