传统观念认为,随着年龄的增长,老年人胃酸和胃蛋白酶分泌能力逐渐下降,基于这一观点,临床上曾对于无消化性溃疡而有反酸等症状的老年患者不推荐应用抑酸剂和制酸剂进行治疗.然而,随着对老年人胃黏膜形态功能研究的深入研究,对这一传统感念有了重新的认识.
