Abstract
目的研究鼾症与缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法对1868人的调查,其中先有鼾症(鼾症组)598人(32.0%),无鼾症(对照组)1270人进行了20年前瞻性随访研究。结果鼾症组缺血性脑卒中发生率为19.9%(119/598),总病死率为66.2%(396/598),对照组分别为3.8%(48/1270)和33.1%(421/1270)。两组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论鼾症易并发缺血性脑卒中。
