Abstract
鼻腔粘连是鼻内镜术后主要并发症,鼻腔粘连导致窦口阻塞是术后复发的主要原因之一,发生率约为6%～7%[1].防止和解除鼻腔粘连可使已开放的中鼻道及鼻窦获得良好的通气引流,促使鼻腔黏膜恢复正常,从而提高治愈率.现对我院18例术后鼻腔粘连的处理方法进行分析,以期增加治疗途径,并在术中采取有效方法减少术后鼻腔粘连的发生.
