Abstract
J波是紧随QRS波群之后的一个小的半圆形波.明显的J波提示复极存在异常.异常J波可发生严重心律失常,尤其是VF,是预后不良的先兆.J波的细胞和离子流机制在Brugada综合征、原发性室颤、甚至ST抬高的心肌梗死所致的心源性猝死的发生中发挥着重要作用.
