Abstract
白色假丝酵母菌(Candida albicans)是人类正常的微生态共生菌,近20多年来,由于器官移植免疫抑制剂和广谱抗菌药物的使用、癌症放疗化疗的增多、各种生物装置的体内置入和导管的留置、广谱抗菌药物的滥用和艾滋病的流行等,使得免疫功能低下者不断增多,深部真菌感染作为一种并发病,感染率大幅上升,已成为这些疾病患者死亡的主要原因.
