Abstract
手指中、末节的皮肤软组织缺损是手外科常见的损伤,以往多用指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣或邻指皮瓣修复,但存在损伤主要手指动脉和住院时间长等问题.2006年1月至2009年1月,我院采用吻合神经的指背神经筋膜皮瓣移位修复手指末节软组织缺损22例,疗效满意,现报告如下.
