丙型肝炎起病隐匿,临床症状不明显,病程长,可达20～30年,所以一直以来不如乙型肝炎那么受人们的重视.近年来,丙型肝炎发病率逐年增长,据世界卫生组织统计,全球丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的感染率约为3%,我国一般人群抗-HCV阳性率为3.2%[1].
