Abstract
患者,女性,55岁,农民,因反复右上腹痛6年,间歇黑便20d入院.6年来偶有右上腹痛,疼痛性质难以描述,多次查肝胆B超未见异常,可自行好转.20d前解柏油样成形大便,间歇性,每次约100g,无呕血.查体:轻度贫血貌,浅表淋巴结无肿大,腹软,全腹部无压痛,未及包块.
