Abstract
福建柏是我国Ⅱ类珍稀、福建特有的园林景观树种。对福建柏茎段腋芽的继代培养技术研究表明,福建柏茎段腋芽在改良MS+6-BA3.5mg/L培养基的培养下,萌动率高达21.6%,小芽生长良好;在最适的增殖培养基改良MS+6-BA2.5mg/L+KT0.50mg/L+NAA0.35mg/L+糖35g/L+pH5.9、和最佳光照8h/d的培养下,增殖系数高达2.65倍。
