Abstract
恙虫病是由恙虫病立克次体引起的一种急性传染病,鼠类是主要传染源,以恙螨幼虫为媒介,将本病传染给人.其临床特点为起病急,发热,皮疹,肝脾和淋巴结肿大以及特征性焦痂等.广西北海市铁山港区人民医院2007年4月至2009年6月共收治恙虫病患者86例,现将其临床特点进行回顾性分析,并总结护理体会如下.
