Abstract
胆道手术是普通外科常见手术,手术时间较长,对心血管刺激较大,要求诱导快、术后苏醒迅速且较完全,常规采用气管内全麻.本文比较了单纯异氟醚吸入、瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚持续泵注,复合小量异氟醚吸入,用于此类手术中的麻醉效果.
