Abstract
对原发性甲状腺功能减退症误诊为垂体泌乳素瘤1例分析如下. 1 病历摘要 女,32岁.因畏寒、乏力4 a,口干、多尿1个月入院.患者4 a前无诱因出现畏寒、乏力症状.3 a前因继发闭经就诊于某医院,发现泌乳素(PRL)130.5 ng/ml水平升高(正常值3.4～24.1 ng/ml),头MRI显示垂体占位(1.4 cm×1.2 cm),诊断为垂体PRL腺瘤,给予溴隐亭口服(5 mg/d).
