Abstract
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)属炎症性肠病,病因和确切的发病机制仍不十分清楚,目前尚无根治疗法.病因可能与免疫、感染、遗传、环境因素、精神因素等有关,有关吸烟、生活习惯、避孕药、非甾体类药物等与UC的关系有不少研究,但目前意见还很不统一[1].
