<正>蟾酥是蟾蜍皮肤腺及耳后腺中的白色分泌液,含有大量的蟾蜍色胺、5-羟色胺、5-甲基-5-羟色胺[1],能够杀死微生物防御天敌,其中起主要毒性作用的是蟾蜍配基B和蟾蜍毒素[2]。本研究采用纸片琼脂扩散法观察了蟾酥对伤寒杆菌的抑制作用。1材料与方法
