患者,男,52岁,因无明显诱因感上腹不适15 d于2009年4月13日入院.入院查体:全身皮肤及巩膜无黄染,浅表淋巴结无肿大,腹部平软,肝脾不大,腹水征(-),心肺检查无异常,胸片无异常发现.彩超、CT及MRI胰胆管成像提示肝内胆管弥漫性扩张延至肝被膜下胆管,胆囊体积增大(约14 cm×8 cm),肝外胆管无扩张,肝总管狭窄原因不清.
