Abstract
前列腺横纹肌肉瘤发病率较低,仅占所有前列腺恶性肿瘤1%左右[1].1990年1月-2008年12月,我院共检出前列腺横纹肌肉瘤6例.现分析报告如下.
1 临床资料
1.1 一般情况本组6例中,年龄20～54岁,平均34岁.均以进行性排尿困难为主要症状,影像学检查提示前列腺占位性病变,血清PSA检测无异常.临床初步诊断为前列腺肉瘤2例,前列腺癌2例,前列腺占位1例及前列腺炎1例.
