Abstract
抗生素相关性肠炎(antibiotic-associated colitis,AAC) 是指应用抗生素不当或不合理滥用所致的一种肠炎.近年来本病发病率有增多趋势,且有研究表明AAC的发生与三线抗生素的使用存在明显同步性[1].部分患者病情严重,进展迅速,可引起中毒性休克,病死率较高.我院近期收治1例AAC合并肠梗阻,现报告如下.
