近来研究发现阿托伐他汀调脂治疗可以改善冠心病患者肾功能,增加肾小球滤过率~([1]).也有学者报道阿托伐他汀对老年性高血压肾病患者的肾脏病变有保护作用~([2]).本研究通过对一组80岁以上高龄老年轻度慢性肾功能不全患者连续1年的观察,以探讨阿托伐他汀对该类患者的影响.
