Abstract
患者女性,56岁,农民.于6年前出现左膝关节肿胀不适,行走及劳累时加重,休息后缓解,发病后患者未曾进行过诊治.近1年患者自觉症状加重,左下肢易疲劳,左膝时有交锁现象,活动度略受限.患者无明确膝部外伤史,无午后潮热、盗汗,无夜痛加剧,无晨僵,无其它关节受累.
