我院2008-08～2009-04共收治三氯氰胺肾结石患儿446例,多数患儿经抗炎,碱化尿液溶石,利尿排石或体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗后痊愈,但12例患儿经2～3次ESWL后无法排石,需行外科干预.对12例患儿施行全麻下经皮肾镜气压超声弹道碎石术(EMS),现就其麻醉报道如下.
