[例1] 女,55岁.主因右上腹部间断疼痛不适2年,加重2 d住院.患者3年前因胆囊结石、胆囊炎在当地医院行胆囊切除术,术后1年右上腹部不适,向右侧背部放射,改变体位不能缓解,伴恶心、呕吐、发热,体温最高38℃,无寒战、黄疸等伴随症状,近2 d疼痛加重,故来诊.
