Abstract
索拉非尼(多吉美)是一种口服多激酶抑制剂,目前主要用于治疗肾癌和肝癌,其不良反应主要是皮疹、乏力、脱发及皮肤毒性.我科自2007年8月～2009年5月对11例原发肝癌或肾癌患者采用索拉非尼治疗并针对不良反应进行护理,取得较满意效果.现报告如下.
