Abstract
胆囊结石是普外科的常见病、多发病.目前临床上胆囊切除术仍是治疗胆囊结石的主要方法.胆囊切除术后胆总管结石的发生也较常见, Konsten报道为1.5%[1].本院1998～2008年共收治胆囊切除术后胆总管结石患者54例,均经EST或手术治疗,将其发生胆总管结石成因进行分析,现报告如下.
