芦荟酒剂的制备及质量控制

Abstract
目的:研制芦荟酒剂,并对其质量进行控制。方法:采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别,应用HPLC法测定芦荟苷的含量。并对制剂进行稳定性试验。结果:芦荟苷线性范围0.04~0.4μg。在此范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)。芦荟苷的平均回收率为101.0%,RSD为1.32%。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单,质量可靠,性质稳定,适合于医院配制使用。
