甲状腺机能减低(甲减)心脏病,在中医属心痛、心悸、虚劳范畴.其发病机理主要有心阳不足,心神失养,脾肾阳虚等.由于患者体内甲状腺素缺乏,循环系统,神经系统处于功能低下状态,导致心肾阳虚.治疗原则应重点是益心气,温.肾阳,健脾养血.
