1 病例报告
患者,38岁,因停经37~(+6)周,呕吐、肛门停止排便、排气10天,阵发性下腹痛1天于2008年9月16日入院,10天前,患者无明显诱因出现恶心、呕吐胃内容物,肛门停止排便排气,于当地县医院诊断为"妊娠合并肠梗阻",予胃肠减压等保守治疗2天后,症状无明显好转.8天前,转入四川大学华西医院,诊断为"妊娠合并肠梗阻",予胃肠减压、中药等对症支持治疗后.患者腹痛有所缓解,但肛门仍未排便、排气.
