控制性能标准(CPS)作为电网区域控制一项考核指标,对于上海电网的经济调度有着十分重要的作用。文章从统计意义上对上海电网的CPS坏点进行了典型性归类,对今后上海电网AGC调节,建立CPS保障体系具有重要的促进作用。
