防范硬膜外麻醉诱导期出现一过性意识丧失

Abstract
我院1989~2008年共28 336例行硬膜外麻醉,其中9例在麻醉诱导期出现一过性意识丧失,发生率为0.032%,现报告如下.
1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组9例,男6例,女3例;年龄47～76岁.本组行前列腺摘除术3例(其中2例合并高血压病,1例合并冠心病),行阑尾切除术、剖宫产术各2例,行疝气修补术、异位妊娠剖腹探查术各1例.本组均无意识障碍性疾病.
