Abstract
常规X线冠状动脉造影(CCA)是诊断冠心病的"金标准",但属有创检查,有一定风险性.近年来,MRI、电子束CT、多层螺旋CT(MSCT)等无创、低危方法逐渐用于冠心病诊断中,其中MSCT冠状动脉成像发展尤为迅速.2007年6月～2008年7月,我们观察了64层MSCT检查在冠状动脉病变的诊断价值.现报告如下.
