我们遇到6例乙状结肠冗长的患者,现就其引起的临床症状及其特点报告如下. 1 一般资料 本组男性2例,年龄61～65岁,平均(63±1)岁,女性4例,年龄27～43岁,平均(38±3)岁,2例男性以急性肠扭转入院手术治疗,4例女性以长期下腹部不适、腹痛、便秘,近期症状加重而入院治疗.
