Abstract
目的比较两种方法的敏感性,并对两种方法进行评价。方法胶体金免疫层析法(金标法)和酶联免疫法。结果金标法检测血清中的HbsAg特异性强,灵敏度高,与酶联免疫法符合率达97.4%,是目前急诊初筛的主要方法。结论酶联免疫法可防漏检,是复检和临床确诊的主要方法之一。
