从中医学理论探讨慢性乙型肝炎形成肝纤维化的病因及病理机制的形成过程,认为肝纤维化的病变机制是湿热毒郁结、肝脾肾不调,湿热毒郁结是致病的原因,肝脾肾损伤是发病的表症.其中,血瘀是乙型肝炎肝纤维化病理机制的主要起因,湿热淤毒难尽是持续因素,正气虚弱是内因,肝肾阴虚乃至肝脾肾损伤是演变结果.
