Abstract
2009年2月甘肃局接受了一批来自荷兰的萝卜种子的报检.经实验室采用DAS-ELISA血清学方法检测,发现该批样品与烟草环斑病毒(Tobacco ringspot virus,TRSV)多抗血清呈阳性反应,随后采用IC-RT-PCR方法对样品进一步实验验证,结果扩增出TRSV特异性目的片段,证明该批种子中携带烟草环斑病毒.
