1 病例资料男,76岁.因前列腺增生症入院,拟行经腹前列腺摘除术.有高血压病史8年余,冠心病史5年余.美国麻醉医师协会病情分级(ASA)Ⅲ级,术前血压控制在145/85 mmHg左右,心电图检查示:窦性心律,心率68/min,ST段、T波改变.入手术室后开放右上肢静脉,测血压185/100 mmHg,心率67/min,呼吸14/min,脉搏氧分压(SpO2)97%.
