彩色多普勒超声引导下射频治疗36例原发性肝癌近期临床疗效分析

Abstract
一、资料与方法
临床资料:2005年4月至2007年8月来我院就诊经临床、生化检查,彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)、增强CT检查及肝穿刺活检(9例)诊断为原发性肝癌的患者36例,男32例,女4例,年龄36～75岁,平均年龄(43.0±5.9)岁.其中手术后复发12例,合并肝硬化31例.36例甲胎球蛋白(alpha fetoprotein,AFP)升高(14例AFP 200～400 μg/L,17例>400 μg/L,5例AFP<200 μg/L,正常参考值<20 μg/L).
