欣母沛治疗难治性产后出血的临床观察和护理

Abstract
产后出血是导致我国孕产妇死亡的重要原因,其中宫缩乏力是引起产后出血的主要原因[1].临床中常用缩宫素、米索前列醇和葡萄糖酸钙等治疗产后出血,但有时效果不佳,只能手术结扎子宫动脉或行子宫次全切除术.2005年10月-2007年12月,我院对15例难治性产后出血应用宫缩剂效果不佳的产妇,加用一定剂量的欣母沛,同时给予精心护理,获得满意效果,现报道如下.
