Abstract
罗哌卡因是一种新型长效的酰胺类局麻药,对中枢神经系统和心血管系统毒性低,低浓度时具有感觉和运动分离的特性[1],目前普遍应用于硬膜外阻滞.如何选择最低运动阻滞浓度的罗哌卡因用于骶管阻滞,且能够达到完善的镇痛效果一直是医学工作者关注的问题.我院2007年1月-2009年2月采用不同浓度罗哌卡因行骶管阻滞用于肛肠手术,并对比观察其有效性和可行性,现将结果报道如下.
