Abstract
造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cell,HSC)是一类组织特异性干细胞,是一群存在于造血组织中的原始造血细胞,有高度自我更新、多向分化、跨系分化与重建长期造血的潜能、以及损伤后具有再生能力的细胞,除此之外,还具有广泛的迁移和特异性归巢的特性,能优先定位于相应的造血微环境,定向分化、增殖为不同的血细胞系,最终能形成完整的造血系统[1].
