Abstract
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovar syndrome,PCOS)占无排卵性不孕症的50%～70%[1].临床采用口服避孕药调节内分泌,继用氯米酚或绝经期尿促性腺激素促排卵可使部分PCOS患者成功妊娠.本文回顾性分析我院2005年3月～2007年1月行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的24例PCOS的临床资料,探讨PCOS患者在超促排卵治疗时的反应情况及IVF-ET的治疗效果.
