<正>新生儿窒息缺氧酸中毒常造成多系统、多脏器损害。临床上心肌损害早期表现往往不典型,我院通过测定窒息新生儿血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的变化,以探讨其对窒息新生儿心肌损害的早期诊断意义。
