<正>锁定加压接骨板系统(the locking compress plate,LCP)是建立在限制性接触加压接骨板LC-DCP、点式接触内固定系统PC-Fix和LISS的基础之上,将动力加压孔和锁定螺纹孔巧妙结合的内固定系统。笔者自2007年3月开始用此技术治疗股骨粗隆部骨折15例,疗效满意。1临床资料1.1一般资料:本组15例,男9例,女6例;年龄44～81岁,平均64.8岁。左侧10例,右侧5例。高处坠落伤6例,车祸伤
