<正>临床上遇到不少慢性乙肝病毒(HBV)感染者,感染病毒时间较长,无明显症状,查HBVDNA一直阳性,但生化检查基本正常。为了解这部分群体肝脏病变情况,我们对38例慢性乙肝病毒感染者行肝组织活检,观察其肝组织炎症和纤维化程度。
