Abstract
腔镜技术的兴起为很多外科手术带来了变革,腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)可以减少伤口的感染,减轻手术后第1 d的疼痛,减少住院时间以及恢复工作的时间[1],较开放手术体现出更大的优势.我院2006年6月-2008年6月施行了137例施行LA的患者,治疗效果满意,对围手术期护理情况进行总结,现报道如下.
